We fulfill our partners’ spare parts requests directly from our central warehouse, either immediately or via courier service. If the requested forklift part is not in stock, we order it from Doosan’s central facility in Belgium. Upon restocking, the part arrives within three business days, and in urgent cases, it can be delivered by airmail within 24 hours.
