The TWS Ltd. service department operates 13 workshop vehicles, consisting of Fiat Ducato and Fiat Scudo models. All vehicles are equipped as mobile workshops with shelving, hand tools, small electric tools, specialized tools for forklift repairs, and the necessary parts and lubricants for maintenance and on-site repairs. To strengthen our market position, ensure faster accessibility for our partners, and minimize dispatch costs, the establishment of additional service points is required.

We aim to provide a nationwide service network with fast, cost-effective support for all our forklift customers.

Our service team visits partners from the following service points: Nyíregyháza, Kiskunhalas, Pécs, Nagyvázsony, Mór, Oroszlány, Dunaújváros, and four workshop vehicles operating in Budapest. In addition, through our contracted workshops, we cover the Békés, Törökszentmiklós, and Marcali regions. In Győr, we have established a regional service center where five forklift technicians, using two workshop vehicles, perform maintenance and repair tasks for our local partners.

All service points have radio communication, enabling flexible coordination of our technicians via a central dispatcher.

Our service dispatcher is available by phone from 7:00 to 15:30, and from 15:30 to 19:00 via answering machine, fax, or email.
